We're thrilled to introduce an update to the Staff App, focusing on streamlined note management to support member safety and improve communication among coaches.

What's New:

1. Easy Note Access: Staff can now access and add notes to member profiles directly in the Staff App.
2. New Note Alerts: Icons indicate recent notes next to members' names in class and event listings.
3. Universal Note Access: Access member notes across all sections of the Staff App via the Person Card.
4. Toggle Notes On/Off: Customize the visibility of the Notes feature in the App Store settings based on privacy preferences.

Quick FAQs:

• Note Visibility: All Staff App-created notes are visible, except for lead notes and those with specific reminders.
• Reminders and Editing: Adding reminders and editing notes are features planned for future updates.
• Icon Meaning: A note icon signifies a new note created within the last 4 weeks, with a "pin" feature for important notes coming soon.
