May Bug Fixes

Product: Core, Grow, Commerce, Members App

We fixed a bunch of bugs in May across Core, Grow, Commerce, and the Members App to improve reliability, fix data issues, and clean up sync errors.

What’s New:

Core

  • Fixed issue where recurring appointments weren’t syncing with Google Calendar.
  • Fixed SMS sending issues, including a silent fail when messages went over 160 characters.
  • Fixed people missing or showing up incorrectly in the new People List and Leads tab.
  • Exported CSVs now use proper date formatting for birthday and other fields.
  • Corrected subtotal bug on appointment package receipts.
  • Fixed issue where selected count in People List didn’t match the filter.
  • Core <> Grow sync no longer creates duplicate contacts.
  • Custom fields now update correctly during Grow sync install.

Commerce

  • Fixed cases where comped invoices got stuck in a locked state.
  • Resolved several pro-rate calculation bugs, including purchases on the prorate date and missing next charge dates.
  • Ensured correct discounts are applied during nightly billing.
  • Fixed issues with hybrid plans not allocating appointment credits.
  • Adding a new payment method no longer incorrectly closes invoices.
  • Billing methods now properly update parent/sub-accounts.

Grow

  • Fixed multiple issues with sync reliability, access tokens, and webhook behavior.
  • Improved error handling for contact and customer creation failures.
  • Duplicates are now handled more gracefully during migration and sync.
  • Plan updates now correctly sync with Grow fields.
  • Fixed incorrect UUID formatting on webhook sends.
  • Added support for setting a source when creating customers via API.

Members App

  • Fixed a bug where push notifications didn’t send to clients’ members who had previously used a Branded App.

Reporting

  • Celebration Reports now show the correct anniversary year.
  • Resolved mismatched check-in counts between the Dashboard and Engagement Report.
