We've introduced a new "Click-to-Cancel" feature that streamlines membership management while also helping your gym stay in line with new FTC regulations coming May 14, 2025.

- Reminder emails ensure you don't miss processing requests before a member's next bill date
Important things to know:
- This feature can be disabled in your Core App Store settings if needed
- Cancellation requests are just that - requests. Nothing is automatically processed
- All requests appear in your Core dashboard for easy management
- You'll get valuable feedback on why members are canceling to help improve retention
- Processing cancellations before the next bill date ensures a smooth member experience
What you need to do:
- Update to the latest app version (3.26.0 or later)
- Ensure your team knows how to process cancellation requests promptly
- No action is required to enable this feature - it's on by default
