You can now upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan right from your account. And if it looks like you’re ready for more, we’ll let you know.

Why We Built This:

We wanted to give gym owners more control, whether you’re making changes to your plan or just need a clear view of what you’re paying for. Now it’s easy to upgrade, downgrade, cancel, or pull past invoices without digging through support. You can explore new tools when you're ready, see what’s included, and take action on your own terms.

What’s New:

  • Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel directly from your billing settings
  • See your current plan, past invoices, and payment info all in one place
  • Smart nudges show up if your account looks ready to grow
  • Cancelling or downgrading now shows exactly what you'd lose

Who It Helps:

Free Plan Users

  • You can now upgrade to Pro or Max without filling out a form or booking a call.

New or Current Pro Clients

  • Manage everything in one place. Make changes, view invoices, no need to email support.
Gym Owners Re-evaluating Their Plan
  • If you're thinking about making a change, you'll see exactly what’s included in each plan and what you'd lose by downgrading or canceling — no surprises.

How to Use It:

  • Head to Settings → Billing in your PushPress account
  • Click “Upgrade” to explore plans or switch on your own
  • If you see an upgrade prompt in the app, that means we’ve flagged something worth checking out
  • Click it to learn more or dismiss if it’s not the right time
